Project: Replacement of windows and doors in Third Avenue Health Centre, Canvey Island Client: Third Avenue Health Centre Main Contractor: JW Steele & Sons Ltd Windows and doors installed: 67 windows, 6 doors, soffits and fascias System: REHAU TOTAL70, Comar Aluminium and Solidor Third Avenue is a working NHS clinic and GP surgery so the priority on this project was to coordinate with the centre manager to put in place a fitting schedule which minimised disruption to staff and patients. We agreed the schedule in advance of the work and, crucially, our team stuck to it throughout. We installed 67 windows fabricated in REHAU TOTAL70 and 6 doors, including a Solidor composite French door set for the main entrance and fire exit doors made in Comar Commercial aluminium at the rear.
