Charlotte Rutt has joined the administration team at The Window Company (Contracts), as the award winning commercial installer continues to invest in resident liaison and customer care.

The Window Company (Contracts) has achieved another significant milestone in customer service, having just been awarded the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard for the first time.

The Window Company (Contracts) supported Moat Foundation’s In to Work scheme at Moat Homes’ community hub in Stanhope, Kent – and recruited not one but two young trainees as a direct result.

The Window Company (Contracts) scooped the trophy for Customer Care Initiative of the Year at the G-25 Glass and Glazing Awards.
