At Cherbury Court in Hoxton, we replaced 270 windows and doors in this residential tower block as part of a £4m refurbishment project being carried out by Osborne.

We were appointed on the basis of our long standing relationship with Osborne and our proven ability on projects like Marshall Street in Soho to deliver on time and on budget.

In what was an open specification for replacement aluminium windows and doors, we put forward Comar 5P.i frames for Cherbury Court which met all the requirements for energy efficiency, security and price.

We worked on Cherbury Court while the homes were occupied, minimising the disruption for residents at all times, and using our outstanding RLO skills to ensure that they were kept informed at all times about the status and progress of the project.
