Clock House is a small residential block within Ashford Borough Council’s property portfolio. Like at Luckley House, the stock condition survey identified that the existing PVC-U windows needed replacement with thermally efficient, future-proofed upgrades which would improve comfort levels for the residents and reduce energy demand.

As part of our ongoing contract with Ashford Borough Council, we installed new Rehau Total 70 windows and doors, all with PAS24 security accreditation and all exceeding the minimum thermal requirements.

All of the windows were fabricated by Polyframe, who have demonstrated their commitment to being a reliable, commercial project partner on this type of social housing contract.
