The Window Company (Contracts) is an award winning, commercial window and door installation company based in Chelmsford and operating primarily in social housing and education.
Long term agreements and several new business wins mean we are now looking for an additional Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee a number of contracts across London and the South East – all the way from survey to final completion.

We want someone who is experienced, enthusiastic and resilient, with good technical and legislative/compliance knowledge and who can demonstrate a track record of leading teams.
The role includes:
- Preparation and management of the contract programme
- Project direction, focus and consistency across a number of schemes
- Regular site visits/inspections across London and South East
- Supervision of health and safety, quality control, resource allocation
- Resource planning and team leadership
- Client liaison and relationship building
- Input on tender bids
