We further strengthened our relationship with HG Construction on the impressive 15 storey Hathaway House development in Maida Vale, west London.

We installed contemporary aluminium windows and doors throughout this project, with acoustic glass fitted to achieve the dB reductions required because its location next to the busy Westway. All of our expertise in working at height was utilised, as well as our experience in working with a range of aluminium systems.

Hathaway House is an innovative mixed-use development comprising affordable, shared ownership and new build apartments, as well as retail and commercial office space on the lower floors. We were awarded the contract following our successful work with HG Construction on a similar mixed-use development in Lewisham.

At Hathaway House, we installed windows and doors in Comar’s 9P.i system, providing additional design work for HG on the oversized, full height doors for the commercial spaces on the ground floor.
