Ezgi Bayram is a new voice at The Window Company (Contracts), dealing directly with residents of the many housing schemes where the commercial installer is replacing windows and doors, scheduling survey and installation appointments. She is particularly focused on the company’s RLO programme, ensuring that residents have a single point of contact while projects are underway.

Having been an office manager for a construction firm previously, Ezgi has got lots of useful knowledge and experience and understands just how important good communication is to customers.

She says the pace and variety of the job at The Window Company (Contracts) was a big attraction, as well as the opportunity to work with the company’s market leading processes, including the newly launched bespoke app. This allows installers to send real time updates direct from site, which are then automatically integrated with the project database and back-office systems.
