Niall Davis is the new Yard Assistant at The Window Company (Contracts), working alongside Yard Manager Duarte Dias to ensure that the 500 plus frames the company fits every week are fully prepared on time and ready for despatch to site.

He is focused on keeping the newly facelifted yard area clean and tidy at all times, minimising waste and making sure all goods are recycled in line with all the current obligations.

Niall has worked in warehouse yards previously, so has been adding value to the company since the day he joined. He is already enjoying the new role: “I like the fact that the culture here is all about excellence – from how we welcome drivers to how we package frames and that suits my personality. I’m also benefiting from a tailored individual training programme and have already acquired my forklift licence and CSCS card.”
