We can offer a full RL service for clients and contractors in the public sector, scheduling surveys and installations, informing customers of the work programme and liaising with residents on snagging issues.

Our bespoke intelligent database allows us to handle more than 5 million pieces of resident information at any one time and means we can smoothly and efficiently manage all contact from arranging the initial property survey to supplying the final FENSA certification.

An added bonus for clients is that we can generate tailored reports direct from the database on any aspect of their contract.
