WME8 is a mixed use 8 storey development, close to the Regent’s Canal in London Fields. It comprises 32,000 sq ft of commercial space and 40 1, 2 an 3-bedroom apartments.

With our growing reputation in the new build sector, we were awarded the contract on the basis of previous successful projects carried out for HG Construction.

We installed doors and glazed ground floor treatments for the retail spaces on the ground floor, curtain walling for the office spaces on the first floor, and aluminium casement windows for the apartments above.

The project demonstrated our determination to go the extra mile on every project. On the ground floor, we went back to the site to remove and replace the glazing when the bakery which had occupied the space needed to install a piece of oversized machinery. We also worked continuously on the site throughout the Covid lockdown, adopting strict working protocols to keep our team and those around us safe.
