At 1/6 Dufours Place, CityWest Homes had identified that the doors in the communal stairwells of the 16 storey tower block did not meet current fire regulations. We worked closely with their property management consultants Osborne Property Services to install more than 70 steel fire doors to replace these.
As well as our established reputation with Osbornes, a key reason for us winning this contract was that our fitting teams have been independently trained and certified by the UKAS accredited International Fire Consultants (IFC) to install fire doors, and we are authorised to issue all the relevant certification.
